Why are you making a change?
After COVID, my CEA Marketing Group team moved to remote work, and we now have team members across the country. CEA is growing and Second Sol is still busy, so I'm looking for creative partners who will use every room.
Is Second Sol Studios still operating?
Yes. Second Sol is open and booking events, podcasts, and productions as normal.
What comes with taking over the business?
The Second Sol Studios brand, logo, website, booking history, and the agreed equipment and furnishings. The final asset list is confirmed in writing. This does not include the real estate.
Can I lease the studio without taking over the business?
Yes. The downstairs studio and event space can be leased on its own. Tell us how you would use it and we will share availability and terms.
Who is the upstairs suite best for?
Traveling nurses, professionals relocating, and remote workers looking for a furnished home with utilities included. Leases of seven months or longer are preferred.
Can I see it in person?
